By relaxing tight muscles and soft tissues, massage can address muscle hypotonia, leading to improved joint mobility and motor skills. This can have a positive impact on their overall movement and well-being.

Psoriasis is a skin condition that causes flaky patches of skin that form scales. These patches normally appear on the elbows, knees, scalp, and lower back, but can appear anywhere.
Most people are only affected by small patches. In some cases, the patches can be itchy or sore. People with psoriasis have an increased production of skin cells. Although the process is not fully understood, it's thought to be related to a problem with the immune system. The immune system is your body's defense against disease and infection, but it attacks healthy skin cells by mistake in people with psoriasis. Many people's psoriasis symptoms start or become worse because of a certain event, known as a trigger. Although psoriasis is just a minor irritation for some people, it can significantly impact the quality of life for those more severely affected.
I have had a few people who struggle with psoriasis visit me for gentle release and have had lots of positive feedback from them, from the fact that after treatment their skin felt calmer and a lot less itchy to the fact they slept more peacefully with a more relaxed sleep and didn't wake scratching
