When combined with massage, which helps to soothe away muscular tension and improve circulation, an aromatherapy treatment can be either deeply relaxing or uplifting, depending on the oils and massage techniques used by the therapist.
Bespoke Blending session- 30 Minutes £15
A personal one-to-one aromatherapy session is designed to help you practically and effectively use aromatherapy and essential oils as a supportive and natural approach for a variety of life's challenges in day-to-day life.
The session will begin with a detailed consultation, which will help us identify the issues that need support. This will help me select the essential oils most beneficial to you and how best you can use them daily. Then with my support,t you will choose between a selection of therapeutic oils to create a roller bottle, diffuser blend, or personal inhaler.

Indulge in a 30-minute aromatherapy session for £10, where you'll create a bespoke essential oil blend to take home. My tranquil treatment room within the Broadstone Business Centre is designed to enhance your relaxation with soothing sensory lights. In your initial session, we'll embark on a sensory journey, discovering your preferred oils and crafting your personalised blend. To ease you into the experience, I'll begin with a gentle hand and foot massage. As you become more comfortable, we'll progress to a comprehensive back, head, and foot massage in subsequent sessions. To prepare for your visit, I'll send a short questionnaire to ensure I have the perfect oils ready for your unique needs. After your session, I will go away and write up a treatment plan prepared for any future treatments you might have.

Gentle release therapy- 45 minutes £35
A wonderfully gentle therapy that could almost be considered a mixture of Energy Work and Acupuncture (without the needles), combined with additional techniques, creates a synergy that allows the body to release. We use Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Theory to understand what's happening in the body. Release? Release what? Well, we often find in the first session a lifetime of stress being held in the body, that the client didn't even realize was there. Gentle Release therapists use energy skills to find areas that need attention and are trained to know when it's time to move to the next area or technique.
